Wow, was this helmet ever technical! A superb Nolan N-104 flip visor with internal sun shade. The process for dismantling this helmet before paint was a test of patience and technical ability. A classic flame with a small twist. The bare metal is ground for the flow of the flames with candy orange and red over the top. The effect leaves movement in the flames when the light catches the texture. PPG basecoat over steel with Createx Auto Air candies, PPG Omni clearcoat and 1 shot striping.
Another Speed ski helmet for a local Sun Peaks speed demon. Joss Advocaat requested a flame set up on his new helmet. The result was some subtle ice blue flames trailing from the visor.
