Eyes have held a deep fascination for me, in my painting and they are always the last part that I paint. I like to save them until last as they are the window to the soul. Some are able to draw you in, make you feel like your layers are being peeled away, revealing your very essence to your viewer. Others are so serene and calm that to look into them is a refreshing balm to the spirit. Yet others bear a fire of will, showing the world how it will be conquered. I believe that Holly possesses all the above, packed into a wonderfully loving persona.
Holly is a very talented photographer, creating some interesting images. The reference for this painting is one of her photographs.
Painted using an Iwata HP-AH airbrush with Createx acrylic on Canvas Measuring 12×24 inches.
